Service and Calibration of AIA 360/600

Your Service and Calibration plan is a 12-month term.

During this term you get the following benefits: -

• A service and calibration up to 6 times in a year*.
• Free labour on any required repairs.
• We will attend your site, or arrange a collection, within 3 working days of a reported breakdown.
• A loan machine for up to 2 weeks, if your analyser requires a back to base repair**.

* The service and calibration will be done every 2 months, if we are unable to get in touch, or you are unavailable when we are in your area, the service will be missed, and a calibration can be done over the phone.

** On confirmation of a fault, after a reported breakdown, we will provide a loan machine within 3 working days if the following conditions are met: - 

• The part required for repair is ordered through us and has been paid for in full.
• Your Service and Calibration plan has been paid for in full.
